Dry Cooler Manufacturer

Industrial dry coolers built for serious heat rejection duty.

VANX designs and manufactures dry coolers, adiabatic dry coolers, and compact heat exchangers for HVAC, process cooling, and data center projects.

Design Basis

What every VANX dry cooler is built around

Each unit is selected for the site's design ambient rather than taken from a fixed catalogue size.

01

No water consumption

The fluid stays in a sealed water or glycol loop and gives its heat straight to the ambient air. There is no evaporation loss, make-up water, blowdown or water treatment to budget for.

02

Coils made for long service

Standard coils pair 304L stainless steel tubes with aluminium fins. For coastal, chemical or other aggressive sites we supply epoxy-coated fins, or the tube and fin materials your specification calls for.

03

Fans wired before shipping

Fans and motors are wired in the factory to local standards such as UL, which cuts field wiring time and cost. Independent electrical protection for each fan is available on request.

FAQ

Answers before you send an RFQ

Quick guidance for duty points, customization, product range, and how we quote industrial dry coolers.

What information do you need for a dry cooler quotation?

Share your duty point: cooling capacity or heat load, fluid type, inlet and outlet temperatures, design ambient, preferred flow or pressure drop, and any footprint or noise limits. A short project description is enough for an initial technical review.

Can VANX customize coil materials, fans, or controls?

Yes. We configure tube and fin materials, fan type and control strategy, coatings, and accessories to match site conditions for HVAC, process cooling, and data center heat rejection projects.

Which dry cooler configurations do you manufacture?

We manufacture V-type, horizontal, adiabatic, and microchannel dry coolers as China-based OEM equipment for projects in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and China.

How long does an initial technical reply usually take?

Most RFQs receive an initial technical review within one to two business days after we receive clear duty-point data. Complex multi-unit or custom control packages may need additional engineering time.

Do you publish list prices on the website?

No. Industrial dry cooler pricing depends on capacity, materials, fans, controls, and logistics. Send your duty point and we return a project-specific budgetary or firm quotation.

RFQ Intake

Send your dry cooler requirement

At least one technical sizing value or a short project description is enough for an initial review.

Add at least one sizing value or a project description. Submitting creates an inquiry record and generates a non-binding RFQ brief.
