Dry Cooler

We provide customization based on operational ambient temperature.

Zero Water for OPEX Savings

Heat from the fluid transfers to the air and discharges to the atmosphere, which eliminates water consumption. This also reduces the expenses associated with pumping, disposal, and water-system maintenance.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

VANTHEX dry coolers are built with high-grade Type 304L stainless steel tubing and aluminum fins as standard. Epoxy-coated fins can also be supplied for coastal, chemical, and other corrosion-critical environments.

Pre-Mounted & Wired Design

Fans and motors are pre-wired at the factory to meet local standards such as UL, reducing field wiring cost. Each fan can also be supplied with independent electrical protection where required.

Closed-loop heat rejection

V-Type Dry Coolers

A V-configuration coil pack puts more heat-transfer surface into a compact module footprint. The result is a practical route to high-duty HVAC, process cooling, and data center heat rejection.

High-capacity modular cooling Dual-bank V-coil geometry, top-mounted axial fans, and factory-ready piping connections for faster site installation.

01

High-Capacity Heat Rejection

V-configuration coil banks maximize surface area in a compact footprint for large HVAC and industrial process loops.

02

Modular Fan Banks

Multiple axial fans across the module top support redundancy-friendly cooling duty and flexible control zoning.

03

Closed-Loop Fluid Cooling

Supports water/glycol systems without evaporative water consumption, treatment costs, or Legionella-related operating risk.

04

Factory-Ready Packages

Pre-assembled frames, coil headers, and fan wiring reduce field installation time and commissioning complexity.

Cost-efficient heat rejection

Microchannel Dry Coolers

A compact all-aluminium core puts more heat-transfer surface into a smaller, lighter package. The result is a practical route to lower equipment, freight, installation, and fluid costs.

Lower total installed cost Efficient all-aluminium construction, a smaller footprint, lower coolant charge, and intelligent fan control.

01

Lower Total Installed Cost

All-aluminium construction reduces reliance on high-cost copper, while lower equipment weight can reduce freight, lifting, and support-structure costs.

02

High-Density Heat Rejection

A high surface-area-to-volume ratio helps remove heat from liquid-cooled servers, AI computing equipment, and mining systems in a compact package.

03

Lower Coolant Charge

Small internal flow passages reduce water-glycol solution volume, helping lower initial fill, expansion tank, and coolant replacement costs.

04

Smart, Energy-Efficient Operation

Variable-speed EC fans respond to ambient temperature, outlet temperature, and computing load to control auxiliary power use and noise.

Low-profile heat rejection

Horizontal Dry Coolers

A flat coil-and-fan layout keeps module height low while still delivering reliable closed-loop heat rejection. The result is a practical route for rooftop, plant-room, and height-limited industrial sites.

Height-limited site cooling Compact horizontal coil banks, top- or side-mounted fan options, and factory-ready piping for faster rooftop installation.

01

Low-Profile Footprint

Horizontal coil geometry reduces overall module height for rooftops, mezzanines, and sites with strict clearance limits.

02

Modular Site Layout

Multiple units can be arranged in rows or banks to scale heat rejection without the tall silhouette of V-type modules.

03

Closed-Loop Fluid Cooling

Supports water/glycol systems without evaporative water consumption, treatment costs, or Legionella-related operating risk.

04

Factory-Ready Packages

Pre-assembled frames, coil headers, and fan wiring reduce field installation time and commissioning complexity.

Evaporative pre-cooling

Adiabatic Dry Coolers

Integrated wet-curtain pads pre-cool inlet air before it reaches the dry coil, extending usable heat rejection when ambient dry-bulb temperatures are high.

Hot-climate performance boost Factory-mounted evaporative pads, distribution piping, and fan banks in one package for data center, HVAC, and process cooling projects.

01

Wet-Curtain Pre-Cooling

Evaporative cooling pads lower inlet air temperature toward wet-bulb conditions, improving coil performance during peak summer ambient.

02

Extended Operating Range

Helps maintain rated heat rejection when dry-bulb temperatures would otherwise limit a standard dry cooler duty point.

03

Hybrid Dry-Air Design

Supports selective pad activation so the system can run dry when ambient conditions allow and switch to adiabatic mode when needed.

04

Factory-Integrated Package

Pre-assembled pad frames, water distribution, coil headers, and fan wiring reduce field installation time and commissioning complexity.
